Additional Land Records Services Launch by Honourable Minister for Revenue and Disaster Management, Tamil Nadu
On March 4, 2026, Honourable Minister for Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Tamil Nadu, Thiru K.K.S.S.R Ramachandran launched two additional land record services in the presence of Tmt P. Amudha IAS, Secretary, Department of Revenue and Disaster Management and Tmt R. Gajalakshmi, IAS, Commissioner of Land Administration, Government of Tamil Nadu.

The Integrated Land Record (ILR) is a single, digitized document in Tamil Nadu combining Record of Rights (textual), Field Measurement Book (FMB/maps) and Chitta (ownership). This makes it easier for landowners to access important property records digitally.

“Patta Transfer History Details” has been introduced to help the public track Patta transfer information for specific survey number containing details of Patta transfers carried out online from 2016 onwards for private lands.
