Inauguration of Integrated Temple Management System (ITMS) for Travancore Devaswom Board, Kerala

The Hon’ble Finance Minister of Kerala, Shri K. N. Balagopal, inaugurated the first phase of the Integrated Temple Management System (ITMS) for the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) on 28th September 2025 at the Kottarakkara Mahaganapathi Temple.
The event was graced by Adv. Shri P. S. Prasanth, President, TDB; Members and officials of the Board; and Shri T. Saravanan, Deputy Director (IT), NIC Chennai.
Developed by NIC Tamil Nadu, ITMS is a comprehensive digital platform for the automation and management of temple services and administration. The system, successfully implemented in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karnataka, has received the Digital India Award 2020 and Skoch Award 2025.
Customized for TDB’s specific requirements, ITMS will be implemented across 1,252 temples under its jurisdiction. The Hon’ble Finance Minister commended NIC’s efforts, noting that the initiative would significantly enhance transparency and efficiency while potentially increasing temple revenues by ₹400 crore annually.
