Launch of Staff Selection Commission, Southern Region (SSCSR) Website

The new website of the Staff Selection Commission, Southern Region (SSCSR), developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Tamil Nadu, was launched on 17th July 2025 by Shri Ragul K., IAS, Regional Director, SSCSR.

The launch event was attended by Shri Avudai Kandan, Deputy Director, SSCSR, along with other officers from SSCSR and NIC officials — Shri D. Eswaran, Senior Director (IT), and Smt. J. Jeevitha, Joint Director (IT).

Developed using open-source technology, the SSCSR website facilitates the smooth conduct of examinations and interviews for recruitment to various posts, besides publishing selection lists, notifications, and updates online.

The portal enables candidates to access exam announcements, download admit cards, and receive timely notifications, ensuring transparency and convenience in recruitment activities under the purview of Staff Selection Commission (Southern Region), Chennai.

The Regional Director, SSCSR, appreciated the efforts of NIC Tamil Nadu for developing and launching the new website successfully.
